When the landscape of life has changed as it has, resilience is essential but not all you need. It must be accompanied by awareness, discerned choices, and wise action.  All of these can be sourced from the inside by engaging body-mind practices and principles adopted from the ancient yogis and buddhas as well as modern somatic psychology.

This experiential workshop will engage a body-mind approach and include movement, breathing, mindful yoga, and mediation. You will also engage inner dialogue, contemplation,  reflective listening, and integration. A presentation on key principles will be offered and also available after, along with a library of articles and guided practices.
