After watching the video, try this short excercise
1. Lightly close your eyes and focus on your body for a few moments. Get a sense of what you feel in your body right now.
2. Attempt to stay with your body for about one minute just noticing it as it is.
3. After one minute you can open your eyes take note of what you noticed. Also note how connected you felt to your body and how easy or difficult it was to stay present.
There are no right or wrong answers. This is simply an exercise to help you become a little more aware of your connection to your body. What did you learn?
