YOGA THERAPY FOR COUPLES
Enhancing Relationship: Strengthening Bonds, Connection, and Communication
A Transformative BodyMind Approach Based on the Phoenix Rising Method of Yoga Therapy
- As you navigate physical and emotional territories together via your body, your relationship deepens significantly. You became acutely aware of your differences but through a different lens. You will be more open to leveraging them as a source of strength rather than as a difficulty Unspoken issues may surface and become skillfully resolved using your bodies as guides.
- This approach seamlessly complements the work of couples therapists like Dr. Sue Johnson (Hold Me Tight) and offers couples the awareness essential for engaging in emotionally focused "conversations" that could redefine your relationship.
-
Michael Lee's Yoga Therapy for Couples has emerged as a profound path to self-discovery, connection, and healing. Through joint physical and emotional exploration, couples not only strengthen their bonds but also embrace their differences and resolve longstanding issues. This innovative approach fosters personal growth, authenticity, and more profound relationships.
Michael offers Couples Yoga Therapy in a four-session package over 3 months with homework and a weekly check-in during this time.Â
In each session, you can expect to engage your bodies in partner yoga and other exercises that Michael will design specifically for your needs. No prior yoga experience is needed.
You will also learn a dialog process that will help you in full-body listening and sharing
