Your Mentoring Includes

Private One-on-One Sessions
Sessions spread over the year, scheduled to allow time for reflection and integration. Sessions are typically on Zoom, with occasional in-person opportunities when feasible. Between sessions, check-ins are available via phone, video, text, or email to maintain connection and support your process.

Access to the Stress into Bliss (Let’s Flourish) Community Group (monthly meetings)
These lightly held sessions offer a space to reflect, share, and receive gentle peer support under Michael’s guidance. Attendance is designed to complement your one-to-one mentoring.

Guided Exploration of “Turn Stress Into Bliss”
Access the 55-lesson self-paced program, including exercises, videos, readings, and practices based on the Eight Branches of Transformation in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. This structured framework supports personal and professional flourishing and a reference for your mentoring sessions.

Attend all of Michael’s live, theme-based webinars throughout the year. These sessions draw on the rhythms of nature, ancient wisdom, and embodied practices to inspire reflection, insight, and growth.

  • This approach seamlessly complements the work of couples therapists like Dr. Sue Johnson (Hold Me Tight) and offers couples the awareness essential for engaging in emotionally focused "conversations" that could redefine your relationship.

Michael offers Couples Yoga Therapy in a four-session package over 3 months with homework and a weekly check-in during this time. 
In each session, you can expect to engage your bodies in partner yoga and other exercises that Michael will design specifically for your needs.  No prior yoga experience is needed.
You will also learn a dialog process that will help you in full-body listening and sharing
